FEES 2008
The overall cost consists of three payments: Session fees, SSG Membership & BG Membership and Insurance. The amount for session fees is determined by the number of hours that the gymnast attends each week.Please see the 'Session Fees' table below. Fees will usually increase each January.
IMPORTANT: To guarantee your child’s place for the following term, fees need to be paid in ADVANCE i.e. before the current term finishes. You will be notified of any session changes by letter, via the coach, prior to payment dealine day.
Payments: We accept cash or cheques payable to Swindon School of Gymnastics Ltd.

BG Membership/Insurance
This is a compulsory charge and is paid annually and covers the period 1st October – 30th September each year. £17.75 for recreational gymnasts, £27.50 for competitive gymnasts, and £8.95 for preschool. SSG will send this off to BG, Lilleshall on your behalf. Once the membership has been paid, BG will send you a welcome pack along with your membership card and a quarterly magazine.
SSG Club Membership
This is paid annually and covers the period 1st January – 31st December each year.
£15 per child or £25 per family membership of 2 or more children.
In order to try and help parents spread the cost a little, the Committee has decided that the BG Insurance will be paid in August with the September terms fees and the Club Membership will be paid in December with the January terms fees.
CALENDAR 2008
The recreational side of the club (once a week gymnasts) stop for a summer break as per the school holidays. However the competition squad train all year round and are charged £5 per session out of term time.
JAN TERM
What’s needed : Fees AND SSG Club Membership (£15/25)
When is it needed : December (before the Christmas break)
Periods covered : Saturday 5th January - Sunday 6th April
APRIL TERM
What’s needed : Just Fees
When is it needed : March (before Easter break)
Periods covered : Saturday 19th April - Sunday 20th July
SEPT TERM
What's needed : Fees AND BG INSURANCE (£17.75/£27.50)
When is it needed : JULY (before the school summer holidays)
Periods covered : Saturday 6th September - Sunday 21st December
Unless your coach informs you otherwise, we stop for a Summer break.
£5 will be charged at the beginning of each session for those that may attend extra training.
